Bell AI is a product of PUMP.AI PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India. We act as an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor (AMFI Registration No: ARN-354683) and facilitate investments through the BSE StarMF platform. We are not an investment adviser or portfolio manager.

You must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of India, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Bell AI provides AI-generated financial information, goal-based planning tools, mutual fund investment facilitation, and the option to connect with human wealth experts. Certain features may rely on information you choose to share (such as SMS or email signals) and are provided only with your explicit consent.

Content generated by our AI and information presented in the Service is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not personalised investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We verify your identity using your mobile number and other KYC information as required by applicable regulations.

The Service integrates with third parties including BSE StarMF, payment and mandate providers, KYC/verification providers, and messaging providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties.

The Service is currently free to download. We may earn distributor commissions from asset management companies in connection with mutual fund investments, as permitted under applicable AMFI/SEBI regulations. Any future fees will be disclosed to you in advance.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• using the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
• attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data;
• reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Service;
• providing false information or impersonating any person or entity.

All content, trademarks, software and materials in the Service are owned by or licensed to PUMP.AI PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PUMP.AI PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or where required by law. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
