PUMP.AI PRIVATE LIMITED is a company incorporated in India, trading as Bell AI. The app does two things: it builds you a money passbook from the bank SMS on your phone, and it sells you medicines and health products which you can pay for a little each day.

We take your order, price it, invoice you and collect your payment, and the bill is owed to us and to nobody else. Medicines are dispensed from licensed pharmacy premises under the supervision of a registered pharmacist — see our Delivery & Collection Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, resident in India, and legally capable of entering into a contract. You agree that the information you give us — including your name, mobile number, address and prescription — is accurate and belongs to you, or to a person in your care on whose behalf you are ordering.

With your permission, the app reads the bank and transaction SMS on your phone and turns them into your passbook: earnings, spending, a safe daily spending amount, and reminders for bills that are coming up.

That same passbook is also used for a second purpose: to work out how much medicine you can order at once, and a daily amount your own earnings support. Both purposes are disclosed to you before you grant permission.

Your OTPs and personal messages are ignored. Account numbers, names and OTPs are masked on your own phone before anything is sent, and your raw messages never leave your device. This is optional and you can turn it off at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

• Prescription medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner, verified by a registered pharmacist.
• We may decline, or partly fulfil, any order — for example where a prescription is unclear, expired, altered, or where supplying it would be unsafe or unlawful.
• We do not sell habit-forming or narcotic drugs through the app.
• Nothing in the app is medical advice. Our pharmacists can explain dispensing, dosage as written, and storage; they cannot diagnose or prescribe. Always follow your doctor.

You send us a prescription or select products; a pharmacist prepares an itemised bill showing every product, quantity and price, together with the daily amount. The contract of sale is formed only when you confirm that bill in the app. Until you confirm, nothing is supplied and nothing is collected.

Prices are the printed MRP less any discount we offer, and are the final amount payable. The full terms are on our Pricing & Payment page, which forms part of these Terms.

• You pay your bill back a little each day, over 7 to 30 days, agreed when you confirm the bill.
• Collection is by UPI Autopay mandate. As part of confirming your order you set up that mandate once, approving it inside your own UPI app, where the maximum amount that can ever be deducted is shown to you first. The daily amount is then deducted automatically through our RBI-regulated payment partner, Cashfree Payments, and your bank notifies you before each deduction. You can also pay from the app at any time.
• You pay no interest, no service or processing charge, and nothing for taking longer. Your daily payments add up to your bill.
• You can pay whatever is still left in one go at any time, at no extra cost, and you can pause or cancel the mandate at any time. Cancelling it stops future deductions but does not clear what is still left on medicines you already received.
• We never see or store your UPI PIN, full card number or bank password. Those are handled by Cashfree Payments and your bank.

We set a limit on how much medicine you may have with us unpaid at any one time. It is worked out from your own passbook, starts small, and can grow as you pay back on time. You choose medicines, never an amount — there is no form asking how much you need.

This is our commercial decision as a seller about how much stock to supply on trust. It is not a promise to supply, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.

See our Delivery & Collection Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these Terms. No refund, cancellation or shortfall pays money out to you; each one reduces what you owe.

You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. We verify you by your mobile number and may suspend or close an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or a breach of these Terms.

Do not use the app to obtain medicines by deception, to submit prescriptions that are not genuine or not yours, to resell what we supply, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend access and report unlawful conduct to the authorities.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app. Orders are governed by the Terms in force when the order was confirmed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please raise the matter with our grievance officer — see Contact Us.
