For anything about a request, a quote a shop sent, or a platform fee, email saniya@usebellai.com with your registered mobile number and the request. Please do not send card numbers, UPI PINs or passwords — we never ask for them, and we do not need them to help you.
Tell us from the request in the app or by email, with the shop and the quote. It affects the shop’s standing on Slaash. The goods themselves, and any refund or exchange for them, are between you and the shop — see our Purchases & Delivery Policy.
