Pricing & Payment Terms

Last updated: September 2026

This page sets out what PUMP.AI PRIVATE LIMITED (trading as Bell AI) charges for the Slaash service, who pays it, and exactly how payment is collected. It applies to every request posted and every quote sent in the app.

1. What the service is

Slaash lets a buyer describe something they want to buy and the localities they will buy in. Verified shops in that category and area send quotes into the buyer’s request, and the Slaash agent negotiates with each shop on the buyer’s behalf. The buyer chooses a quote and buys from the shop.

Slaash is not the seller.

The sale is between the buyer and the shop. The buyer pays the shop, on the shop’s invoice, and the shop supplies the goods. Slaash never collects a buyer’s payment, never holds stock and never delivers. Slaash is not a bank and not an NBFC, gives no money to users, and offers no credit, loan, pay-later or instalment of any kind.

2. Buyers pay nothing

  • Fee for posting a request: none
  • Commission on a purchase: none
  • Membership or subscription: none
  • Charge for using the app: none

The price a buyer pays is the price the shop quoted and the buyer accepted. No fee Bell AI charges a shop is added to it, and Slaash does not set, mark up or take a share of the shop’s price.

3. What a shop pays

A shop pays nothing to join, nothing to receive requests, and nothing to send a quote. A fee is charged only after a buyer confirms in the app that they bought from that shop.

EventShop pays
Joining and verificationnil
Receiving a requestnil
Sending a quote, or passingnil
Buyer bought elsewhere, or did not buynil
Buyer confirms a purchase from the shopnil during launch

The fee is nil during the launch period. When a fee per confirmed purchase is introduced, its amount is shown to the shop in the app before the shop accepts its next request, and the first 10 requests a shop receives each month remain free. Only the buyer can mark a purchase as confirmed. A shop may dispute an outcome from the app, and our team reviews it before any fee stands.

4. How a shop's fee is collected

Fees are invoiced to the shop in PUMP.AI PRIVATE LIMITED’s name and paid through our RBI-regulated payment partner, Cashfree Payments, which accepts UPI, debit card, credit card and net banking.

  • The amount on the invoice is the amount charged. Nothing is added afterwards.
  • There is no standing instruction, no auto-debit and no recurring charge. Every payment is one the shop makes deliberately.
  • We never see or store a UPI PIN, full card number or bank password. Those are handled entirely by Cashfree Payments and the shop’s bank.
  • Buyers are never asked to pay Bell AI anything, through the app or otherwise.

5. Prices quoted by shops

Every price in a request is a quote a shop sent. Slaash shows quotes as received and shows the shop’s revised quote after negotiation. It never invents a price, and it never tells one shop a figure another shop did not actually quote. A quote is the shop’s offer and is honoured by the shop, not by Bell AI; if a shop changes its price at the counter, tell us and it affects the shop’s standing on the platform.

6. Invoices

The shop invoices the buyer for the goods. PUMP.AI PRIVATE LIMITED invoices the shop for the platform fee. Bell AI does not issue invoices to buyers because it sells buyers nothing.
