• Identity & contact: your name, mobile number, email and KYC details (such as PAN) required to facilitate mutual fund investments.
• Financial & goal data: the savings goals you set, investment activity, and bank/mandate details used to process transactions.
• SMS (bank transaction messages): only if you grant SMS permission, we read your bank & UPI transaction SMS (debit/credit alerts) and send them securely to our servers to track spending and generate savings insights and nudges. See the dedicated section below.
• Email signals: where you connect email, financial/transaction emails used to surface insights — with your explicit consent.
• Usage & device data: app interactions, device identifiers and log data used to operate and improve the Service.
• Conversations: your chats with our AI assistant, used to provide contextual responses.

With your explicit permission, Bell AI reads only your bank and UPI transaction SMS (debit/credit and payment alerts). Your personal chats and one-time passwords (OTPs) are never read.

• What we collect: the content of bank/UPI transaction messages (amount, merchant/sender, date) needed to understand your spending.
• How it is handled: this data is transmitted securely (encrypted in transit) to PUMP.AI PRIVATE LIMITED’s servers and stored encrypted at rest.
• Why we use it: solely to automatically track spending and provide you savings insights, budgeting help and nudges. It is never used for advertising.
• We never sell or rent it and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
• Your control: SMS access is optional — you can deny it, revoke it anytime in your device Settings, and request deletion of this data via our deletion request form.

We share information only as needed to operate the Service — for example, with BSE StarMF and asset management companies to process investments, with KYC, payment, verification and messaging providers, and with the human wealth experts assigned to support your goals. We may also disclose information where required by law or regulation. All such parties are expected to handle your data securely.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations. When no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.

You can access and update your profile information in the app, withdraw consent for optional data (such as SMS/email signals) at any time, and request deletion of your account. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
