Help with the Slaash app. Most questions are answered below. For anything else, email us and we will reply within one working day.
I am not receiving the OTP.
Check the number you typed, then tap Resend OTP after the timer. The code comes by SMS from our delivery partner. If nothing arrives within five minutes, email us the number you used and we will look at the delivery log.
How do I send a request?
On the Chat tab, type what you want and a rough budget, for example "22k gold ring, under ₹50,000". Slaash shows you exactly what will go out and to which localities. Nothing is sent to any shop until you confirm.
No shop has quoted yet. What now?
Shops usually reply within a few hours in working time. If you have no quote after a day, open the request and widen the localities, or add a shop you trust by name. Slaash asks more shops automatically while a request has fewer than two quotes.
Can a shop call me?
No. Shops can only send quotes into your request. Your phone number is shared with a shop only when you choose to chat with them, and you can stop at any time.
Does Slaash charge buyers?
No. Slaash is free for buyers. You buy from the shop directly, at the shop, on the shop's invoice. Slaash never takes your money.
How do I use Seller mode?
Own a shop? Choose Seller when you sign in, set your categories and the areas you serve, and requests from nearby buyers appear in your Leads tab. Reply with a price in your own words.
I am not getting notifications.
Open your phone Settings, find Slaash, and make sure notifications are allowed. Inside the app, Account, Notifications should be set to All.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, open Account and tap Delete my account & data. Deletion completes within 30 days. You can also email us from your registered number and we will do it for you.
If a shop did not honour its quote, sent something misleading, or behaved badly in chat, open the request and tap Report, or email us with the request and the shop name. We review every report and remove shops that break the rules.
