What happens to your data
We will delete your profile, your requests and threads, your home pin, your shop details if you have any, and the personal information linked to your account, including any data collected by earlier versions of the app.
Some records may be retained where the law requires it — invoices and payment records for platform fees, if you are a shop — for the statutory retention period, after which they are deleted. If a fee dispute is still in progress, we retain the minimum information needed to finish it.
