What happens to your data
We will delete your profile, chat history, prescriptions and personal information linked to your account.
Some records may be retained where the law requires it — dispensing records for the medicines we supplied you, and the invoices and payment records for your orders — for the statutory retention period, after which they are deleted. If you still owe us for medicines already collected, we retain the minimum information needed to settle that balance.
